Contact UsWe work with skilled repair teams at Arpeggio Properties. They’re on hand to assist with any issues you may have in your home. This could be regular wear and tear, or something more complicated. You can report a repair directly with our helpful team. Sometimes it’s good to take pictures on your phone of the damage or issue, so our repairs team can get a better idea of what they’re dealing with.
If you do experience any of the above, contact your property manager as soon as possible. Remember, it’s important that you keep your home in a good state of repair and, if you feel comfortable and confident in doing so, you may be able to fix a non-emergency repair without contacting the Arpeggio Properties team.
However, if you don’t feel confident in carrying out these repairs, you should contact your property manager.
